Yuma Sales team update
In the last weeks the broader Yuma Sales Community have made tremendous progress and great successes in putting the fundamentals in place, such as cross OpCo account lists with owners, building the green forecast mechanisms, qualification process models and discussing the first set of promising gold sheets. But now it’s time to shift our business priorities and get laser sharp focus on our green business and cross-sell opportunities.
Yuma Sales meeting
Thursday 30 May, our second full Yuma Salesforce came together to discuss on our bigger Digital Transformation proposition and value streams, to explain to each other what every OpCo is best capable of to identify and detect cross sell opportunities and held a workshop to define “smart-combo solutions” across multiple OpCo’s.
Green Commando Team
To accelerate and achieve the 4M Green Business target, we have ignited the Green Commando Team with Kris Marchi, Jean Francois Michotte and Mark de Groot to drive, support, coach and challenge our strategic sales initiatives. They also help with qualification and priotization in case of conflicts and report back into Executive Committee.
Green Business
Our Green Business pipeline has grown from €10M to a pipeline of €32M in the last weeks, new opportunities are detected on a weekly basis and is really inspiring to see how we accelerate based on our capabilities just by joining forces and aligning more frequently.

- CFE Group – RFP Cloud Dreamstate – EUR 2.9M
- ENTSOE – Transparency Platform – 0.5M
- MIVB – Domain Architecs – 0.5M
