A Yuma team is assembled specifically for your project. We offer competitive pricing by delivering primarily from our nearshore location in Sfax, Tunisia. Our Hybrid Teams work based on a detailed set of functional requirements which we breakdown into a detailed Release Plan.
 
  • We manage governance, team composition, organization, and workload breakdown.
  • Commitment on result (deliverable and quality), timing and budget.
  • Providing end-to-end capabilities including development, testing, QA, DevOps, and long-term maintenance and support.
  • A local liaison (architect and proxy PO/PM) will always act as your single point of contact (SPOC).
  • Warranty services can be extended with 24/7 application support.
  • Optional management of your cloud environment.

A Yuma Client Team is assembled specifically for you — a core team of engineers acting as an extension of your organization, complemented by flexible experts brought in as needed. Such as an AI consultant, a cloud-native architect, or a UX designer. This way the size and expertise of the Client Team is tailored to your specific situation. 
 
  • The team is fully dedicated to your project, acting asan extension of your own.
  • Minimum 6-month contract; budget depends on team size.
  • UI/UX and architecture design available as needed.
  • Backlog management included.
  • Optional management of your cloud environment.
  • Optional nearshoring or hybrid (local/remote) team setup.

Core Team

A trained team of six professionals is ready to support you. A Core Team consists of 6 IT experts with a variety of expertise like software development, UI/UX and architecture. Our Core Teams work for multiple customers in parallel, offering the ongoing benefits of a complete team without the need for full-time commitment.​ 
 
  • We offer an annual contract with quarterly adjustment options.
  • Yuma Core Teams serve up to four customers, specializing in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Java, Python, and cloud-native development.
  • Yuma manages a dedicated backlog for each customer.
