What attracted you to join Total Design?
I first learned about Total Design during my internship at Randstad's Corporate Communications department. Wim Vos introduced me to the Randstad brand and Ben Bos's logo design, which made me interested in Total Design. When I discovered their other famous designs, I knew I had to join the agency.
What do you enjoy most about working for Total Design?
The best part of my role at Total Design is the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects. I appreciate collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
How would you describe the work-life balance at Total Design?
I prioritize keeping my work and personal life separate. For example, I work at the office rather than from home. Total Design's flexible work policies and commitment to well-being help me manage my workload effectively while also enjoying personal time.
