What attracted you to join BPSOLUTIONS?
Well my story at BPSOLUTIONS is probably a bit weird since I decided twice to work at BPSOLUTIONS, the first time was at 2016 where I primarily decided to work for BPSOLUTIONS because we shared a lot of common expertise which would both make us better. In the years after that I learned that BPSOLUTIONS is a really friendly company where your collegues are everything. In 2022 I needed something different and left the company, however Februari 2023 BPSOLUTIONS and me decided we missed each other so I rejoined the company and that is mainly because BPSOLUTIONS is the most conventional company but I love working at and with them.
What do you enjoy most about working for BPSOLUTIONS?
As mentioned earlier I started for the expertise and came back for the collegues. Storage, VMWare, VEEAM, servers etc are all techniques that you can do at every other company but the dynamics and feeling with a team isn’t something you get at every company.
How would you describe the work-life balance at BPSOLUTIONS?
Good, there was a time in my life I thought work was everything until you get kids and other responsibilities, at BPSOLUTIONS there is place to be efficient in work and at home. It is absolutely no problem to work from home when kids are ill or you have some private appointments in the end management trusts that you are responsible enough.
What makes BPSOLUTIONS stand out / unique?
We are a rather small company with big dreams, and those dreams become more realistic every year. And for a rather small company we have won some serious awards.
What opportunities for learning and growth have you experienced at BPSOLUTIONS?
BPSOLUTIONS is supporting learning and growth on many levels, however it’s important that you take the lead in your own learning path.
